Shipping
All orders will be sent through Correos Spain. The shipping cost varies for national and international shipping and includes transportation and packaging costs. To avoid packages or getting lost, all shipping options include a Tracking Code that will be provided once the package has been sent.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times depend on the packaging times, the transporting entity and when the time in which the order is purchased. Delivery time can vary from 3 days to 1 week (Spain).
All orders will be mailed each monday of every week, so if your order is processed on a tuesday, your package will not be mailed until the next week. Once they are mailed, you will receive an email informing that your order is sent and providing a Tracking Number for your package. I will always try to send your products soon as possible!
Where is my Tracking Number?
When your order is mailed, you will receive an email providing your Tracking Number. With this code, you will be able to track your package through the Correos Spain official site:
https://www.correos.es/es/es/herramientas/localizador/envios.
If you don't receive a Tracking Number, it is possible that the email you provided in the Shopping Page is incorrect. In this case, please, contact me via email winteralar@gmail.com .
Modify the Mailing Adress
It's very important to take special care in the mailing information provided in the shopping page. Make sure that your address is complete and the email provided is correct (this is very important for me to contact you if necessary!)
If there is any error in the mailing address, don't stress! As long as the package is not sent, modifications are possible. Contact me via email winteralar@gmail.com to solve this issue.
If the package has already been sent, it won't be possible to change the mailing address or get a refund on the shipping cost of your order. In this case, you can ask for a resending of your order, paying only for its shipping cost. If you prefer it, you can also ask for a refund of your order. All (except the shipping costs) will be refunded immediately.
Packaging and security
All packaged are mailed protected against wrinkles, brakes and further damages in the content of the packages. If your products arrive damaged or in a bad condition, check the section ''Exchanges and Returns''
International Shipping
International shipping times depend on the country of destination and their own policies, but you will be able to track your order through the tracking number provided via email.
Here, you can check the Delivery Times (once they are mailed):
Iberian Peninsula: 2 to 3 business days
Baleares Islands and Canary Islands: 5 business days
Europe: 5 to 10 business days
Rest of the world: 10 to 15 business days
Packages mailed internationally can be submitted to customs procedures process. This procedures have the objetive of controlling the goods that cross the borders, guaranteeing for them to comply with all the laws and regulations imposed by each country.
This process may involve a cost for customs fees that is completely external to Winter Alar and for which the store is not responsible.
