No changes or returns will be accepted unless the product or products are damaged, broken or incorrect.
I haven't received my order
You can track your order through the Tracking Code sent directly to your email once the package is sent. If you haven't received a Tracking Code, do not hesitate to send an email to winteralar@gmail.com.
If you made your purchase two or more weeks ago and it haven't yet arrived, contact me through an email towinteralar@gmail.com. Let's see where is your package!
I received an incorrect product
I'm so sorry for the mistake! Let's solve this:
Write an email to winteralar@gmail.com providing your Order Number, what did you received and what product is missing. Add the files and photos necessary as proof. I will send the correct product out to you as soon as possible! (No extra cost)
I received damaged or broken products
It is possible that in the shipping process, packages are hit or damaged, specially in the case of international shipping. If the only thing that arrived damaged is the packaging but the content of the package has arrived safely, the packaging has served its purpose!
Still, if the products have arrived damaged or broken, I'm so sorry for this situation! Do not hesitate in writing an email to winteralar@gmail.com with the order information and which products are damaged. Proof photos will be needed to proceed with the replacement of the product. You will receive again your product with no extra cost!
