what's the loyalty card?

The loyalty card is a way of having a record for the months you've taken part of the Mystic Mail Society.
In your first suscription month, you will receive a loyalty card like this one and a butterfly sticker.
Each month you will get to collect the different loyalty butterflies... If you earn 6 in a row, you will get a little surprise in the next envelope shipped out to you!

✶ The shipping costs are included in the price of the Mystic Mail Society's suscription.
✶ Mystic Mail Society's envelopes are mailed on the 15th day of each month (any suscription made after this daywill receive the next month's rewards)
✶ If your letter hasn't arrived within 4 weeks, please, contact me via winteralar@gmail.com and I will re-send you the letter. It won't be possible to re-send it if it is not notified before 2 months from its shipment.
modify or cancel a subscription
✶ You can cancel your subscription whenever you want
✶ If you need to modify information relative to your payment method, shipping address or cancel your subscription, you can do it through the customer portal, entering your account. If you have trouble changing this information, don't hesitate to contact me via winteralar@gmail.com and I will do it manually.
monthly payment
Mystic Mail Society's payment will be charged the same day you subscribed first. If you subscribed on January 1st, you will get the next payment on February 1st, and so on.
If you are thinking of cancelling your subscription, make sure you do it before that day so you are not charged.
